By now you have probably seen the show on 48 Hours or at
least heard about it. Well along with Judd McIlvain (The
Trouble Shooter) the Producer and myself, we were all
involved in filming this story. I'm very sorry to report
that a lot of footage was left out, specifically how the
customers were treated and lied to, at least the ones I saw.

My personal opinion is that Best Buy is still a good place
to shop. Their prices are reasonable and their return policy
is good. However I wouldn't buy a service policy from them
or any other Electronics store .
