Consumer Advocate Tim Duffy receives many
requests for consumer help daily. Due to the volume and the
time involved for each, Tim can only answer 10% of
requests.

Tim Duffy makes no Guarantee or Warranty
of results and while most consumers are very happy with the
results they receive, some consumers can't accept that they are
in the wrong or don't want to take Tim's advice.

There is no guarantee that you will receive
a response.

problem, offer to attempt to solve your problem for a donation. The
amount will depend on the type of problem and estimated
time involved.
