Bad Burger

Tim,

Went to a restaurant - ordered a burger well-done, but it was burnt to a crisp. The people still made me pay for it. What are my rights?

Tim's Answer

Tom,

First let me congratulate you for ordering your ground meat fully cooked.
Not doing so could lead to a life threatening illness do to parasites.

Not having been there and knowing what your posture was when you complained or if it was a .59-cent special at a small burger stand or a $19.95 gourmet burger at an upscale restaurant I can only offer you a simple solution.

Don't go back to that restaurant and warn as many people as you can how this business treats the Military.

I don't recommend it but if you want to pursue this further I would contact

Before going further, ask yourself. Is it really worth it?
