To My Readers,
After sending my response to the letter about the Brick in
The Box I took a more detailed look at the photos. This is
what I learned.
The photos are numbered one and two.
Number two is described as the box before
Best Buy employees broke it.
Number One is described as after Best Buy employees
broke it.
A close examination reveals that the only difference is
the angel that they were photographed at. They are both torn
at the lower right corner.
The most damming fact is when the photos were actually
taken!
Both Photos were taken on 08/05/04 @5:59 PM with a Cannon
Powershot S300.
After reviewing the above I can only conclude that that
if it is not fraud then it's some tampering with the evidence
to make the case look better for Mario. In any case I will be
turning over my findings to the Loss Prevention Department
at Best Buy.
