I have received thousands of requests for help from all
fifty states in the US. About 60_70% of the requests are
for major problems the rest are either very minor or not
really a problem at all.
In fact a small minority are actually are not victims at
all but people trying to either get out of a legitimate
contract and in extreme cases trying to scam a
company.
Although a lot of requests can be handled in less than an
hour, a large number involve several hours of research,
phone calls and letters before they can be resolved.
I don't answer as many as I would like to due to the lack
of funds.
Below are links to just a few of the letters I have received
along with my answers. Some have been edited for easier
reading and all personal information that could identify
the sender has been redacted.
